Booking appointment, Client agrees & acknowledges bellow:

Deposits are Non-refundable. Please choose the best time that works for your schedule.
Deposit will go towards total balance as a credit.
Please arrive on time to appointment as grace period is only of 10 minutes past booking time. If you are to be any later, a late fee may apply as well as canceling of your appointment!

*CANCELLATION POLICY*
•You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. Otherwise, you will be charged 100% of service price for any cancellations made under 24hours.

There will be a fee of $40 if you want to book an appointment with me outside of business hours. Please text or email me if you need me to book an appointment for you outside of business hours.
